Scan the QR on the gate pillar. NXT Gate checks you are really standing there, records IN or OUT, settles any parking fee and lifts the barrier. No remote to lose, no card to clone.

Every site sealed off
Each society, mall or company lives behind its own lock inside the database. Even a bug in an app screen cannot show one site’s data to another.
Codes nobody can read
Pass OTPs are stored scrambled, pass links are long and random, and five wrong guesses lock the code and alert the guard.
Only the right eyes
A visitor’s photo and number go to that flat and the guard on duty. Neighbours, other guards and other sites never see them.
Nothing happens off the record
Every approval, entry, edit and admin change is written to an audit log with who did it and when. Logs cannot be quietly edited.
Real people at the real gate
Scan-to-open checks that the phone is standing at the gate and refuses fake GPS apps, so nobody opens your barrier from home.
Every barrier has its own key
Each gate controller signs in with a key made only for that gate. A key from one site can never open another.
Links that expire
Receipts and documents open through signed links that stop working after a few minutes. Forwarded links go dead.
Support only with your say-so
Our team can enter your site only for a set time, for a stated reason. Your admins are told, can watch it and can end it.
Safe when the network is not
If the internet drops, the guard app keeps logging on the phone, and an offline barrier hands control back to the guard.

How is residents’ data protected?
Security and privacy come first in everything we build. Each site is sealed off inside the database, codes are stored scrambled, photos reach only the flat and the guard on duty, and every action is written to an audit log. Our own support team can enter your site only with a time limit, a reason, and your admins informed.
Do guests need the app?
No. Guests get a WhatsApp message with a QR code, an OTP and a link. Only residents, guards and admins use the app.
Can we use our old barrier?
Often yes. The gate layer is hardware-neutral, so many existing controllers can be connected. Our team checks your gate on the site survey.
What if the internet goes down?
The guard app keeps saving entries on the phone and syncs them when the network is back. If an electric gate loses connection, it switches to guard mode.
One person, two flats?
Yes. One mobile number can belong to several flats and sites, and the app has an account switcher.
How do residents join?
Three ways: the admin uploads an Excel sheet, residents self-register with the society join code and the admin approves, or an owner invites family and tenants.
Only for housing societies?
No. NXT Gate also runs malls and hospitals with paid parking, and companies and factories with fleet trips, visitors and supplier vehicles.
Is our data kept in India?
NXT Gate is designed to be hosted in India. Each site’s data is kept apart, and every action is recorded in an audit log.
How fast can we go live?
The software can be set up in a day once the building layout and resident list are ready. Hardware depends on the site survey.
